Big Hero 6 is a computer-animated movie by Disney based on the Marvel Comics superhero team, Big Hero 6. The movie was absolutely amazing and is my favourite animated movie so far this year. If you haven’t seen the movie yet, definitely check it out! My absolute favourite character in the movie was Baymax because he was just so fun and loveable and I knew I would have to get one of my own!
This Baymax USB LED Lamp is not an official Disney product, which would explain why the cost was so low. Even though it is not an official Disney toy, the lamp works great and looks great ☺. Baymax is in a sitting position and is 15 x 13 x 16.3cm. His head can twist 360˚ and his arms move up and down. To charge and power the Baymax, a USB cable is used. This Baymax lamp has two modes, a colour changing mode and a normal light mode. You can switch between the two modes using the button located on his lower back. In his colour-changing mode, his body will gradually change between red, green, blue, and purple. In his normal lamp mode, he will shine bright white. The light will be much brighter in his normal mode than the light will be in his colour-changing mode. Although the coloured lights are not that bright, he works very well. My only complaint about this lamp is that Baymax’s head and arms do not light up. If his whole body lit up, the lamp would have been absolutely perfect.
Although this Baymax is not the giant, inflatable Baymax I’ve been looking for, he looks absolutely adorable and has done a good job watching over me and keeping my nightmares away. If you are a Big Hero 6 fan, I recommend grabbing one of these on Ebay since they are very affordable and look great on any nightstand or as part of any toy collection.
