By As the years go by, we welcome more and more Disney characters into our hearts. However, sometimes it’s good to go back to the classic family who started it all.
Disney Figural Keyring bling bags by Monogram International are incredibly unique and adorable. I wish I could collect them all! They are readily available in the US and Canada, however they are a little more tricky to find in the UK. Luckily I can see more and more popping up across different comic book stores in the UK.
Series 3
The Disney Figural Keyrings Series 3 includes: Dumbo, Nemo, Simba, Cheshire Cat, Alice, Peter Pan, Russell, Elvis Stitch, and Carl. It also includes two chaser figures, a vintage style Minnie Mouse and a gold Tinkerbell.
I am very glad this series includes a vintage style chase figure that takes us back to the original cartoons with Mickey, Minnie, and the rest of the original family. Minnie is truly a one of a kind character who led to the birth of a family of Disney characters that we all love.
Description
Minnie is completely black and white with the exception of her bright red bow and shoes. I’m glad this figure is not completely black and white because the red in the bow and shoes really make the figure pop. Minnie is of course wearing her black and white gloves and has spotted detailing on her dress and bow.
The only frustrating thing about this figure is that because Minnie’s face is white vinyl, her face will get dirty and stained quite easily. This will especially be the case if you use the figure as a keychain. Any scratches or marks on her face will also be very noticeable. If you intend to keep this figure as a collector’s piece in the future, don’t use it as a keychain.
Where can I get Minnie?
If you are on the hunt for the exclusive figures, you’re in luck because they are not as rare as it may seem. Of course at the end of the day sometimes it comes down to a lucky draw. You can feel out of the figures, but it does get difficult because of the card around the figures.
If you live in the US or Canada, these blind bags can be found in stores such as Hot Topic, Claires, and EB Games. Your local comic book stores will likely stock them as well.
In the UK, it gets a little more difficult. I managed to find some blind bags in Forbidden Planet in London and Birmingham.
Obviously you can also find these figures on eBay and Amazon, especially if you’re looking for a specific character.
Whether or not you’re a Minnie fan, this figure is a great addition to any Disney collection. It is a figure any Disney fan can appreciate.
