The Disney Animator’s Collection items have been flooding Instagram and it’s not mystery why, they’re adorable! I don’t normally buy many products from this line, but I made an exception for Gus Gus because he was just too cute to resist! Who wouldn’t want to bring Gus home and give him a snuggle?
Gus Gus is such a lovable character with his big belly, his love for food, and his undying support for Cinderella. We all fell in love with Gus from the moment Cinderella named him and put on his tight yellow shirt. It comes to no surprise that Gus flooded Instagram when this collection was released. He was obviously just too cute for words!
Description
✧ This little guy is a bean bag plushie with beans in his bum. He is very soft and the beans are hardly noticeable as there are a very small number of beans at the bottom of the plushie. This plushie definitely feels more like a normal plush toy as you can hardly feel the beans at all.
✧ Gus is approximately 7″ tall to the tip of his cap and his tail is approximately 3.5 inches long.
✧ Gus is in a seated position and his hands are attached to his belly which makes him very easy to display.
✧ Gus’s green hat and yellow shirt are made of velour.
✧ There is a little bit of faux fur on the top of his head in front of his hat.
✧ Gus’s eyes are embroidered.
✧ Can be personalised via the Disney Store website.
For Disney & Toy Collectors
Any little one would of course love this little guy but this plushie is also a great piece for any Disney collection. Gus is not only adorable, but he is also in a seated position which makes him very easy to display. He looks adorable whether you display him on a shelf or on your bed. A cute suggestion would be to place him on top of a teacup and saucer because he should be safe from Lucifer. Of course if you have your own little Lucifers running around then you will just have to make sure he’s up nice and high to keep him safe :).
There is no Authentic Disney patch on this plushie, but it is printed on his white tag. While it would have been a nice feature, I do not think it takes anything away from the plushie. I think this Gus plushie is perfect in its simplicity and I wouldn’t change a thing.

This Animator’s Collection Gus plushie can be found in your local Disney Store, on the Disney Store website, eBay, or Amazon. Since he is an in demand toy, please do not pay too much for him! At the time of this post, Gus is on sale for $6.00 on the American Disney website or £7.99 on the UK Disney website. I picked up my Gus Gus from the Disney Store in Harrods.

Should I purchase Gus Gus?
If you’re a Cinderella fan, Gus is definitely a must have. He is an excellent piece for your toy collection or a great new friend for your little one. There isn’t a thing I would change about this piece. I would highly reccomend picking up this little guy when you get the chance. He is the perfect little friend whether you need a cuddle or just a smile on your face.
