Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans Jelly Beans

Bertie Bott’s Every Flavour Beans

Bertie Bott’s Every Flavour Beans…..they mean EVERY flavour. George swears he got a bogie flavoured one once and you might too!

I know I have said this many times before, but if you ever get a chance to go to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour in London, you absolutely must book a tour. The Studio Tour is just filled with amazing Harry Potter memorabilia to admire and a lot of amazing merchandise to bring home and add to your collection including this box of Bertie Bott’s Every Flavour Beans that Harry and Ron enjoyed on their first train ride to Hogwarts.

As you can see, the box is very well done and is incredibly accurate to the movie. It has the same circus tent design and is even labelled ‘Bertie Bott’s Every Flavour Beans’. The jelly beans themselves are also incredibly accurate to the movie because you get 170g of  20 different (and when I said different, I mean really different) flavoured jelly beans. The flavours include: Bogie, Banana, Earthworm, Blueberry, Sausage, Sherbet Lemon, Earwax, Green Apple, Marshmallow, Cinnamon, Candyfloss, Grass, Black Pepper, Vomit, Soap, Rotten Egg, Watermelon, Dirt, Cherry, and Tutti-Frutti. Yum yum yum.

bean boozledWhile this is meant to be a tasty (or not so tasty) treat, I think this makes for an excellent piece to any Harry Potter collection. Do be careful with the box as the top of the box does open quite easily and it will be difficult to get it perfectly shut again once it has been opened. I do think these are better as a display piece rather than a treat because they are very expensive for jelly beans at £8.95 or $12.99. As an alternative, Jelly Belly does make a Bean Boozled spinner game with exactly the same concept of nice flavoured and terrible flavoured games. Unfortunately the Bean Boozled spinner game is equally expensive but at least you don’t have to ruin your lovely Bettie Bott’s box.  Alas, If you can’t resist the temptation and decide to open your box, eating the beans would definitely make for an excellent game if you do some blind taste testing hehe.
