By Snake’s best friend who is always with him, Robot, is also a very rare toy sought after by the hard-core Toy Story fans. Although Robot also had a fairly minor role, he did have a line when he was helping Buzz fix his ship and said “Mr. Lightyear wants more tape”. This is another toy where there is no official Disney version, but luckily Blind Squirrel Props was also commissioned to make this toy and has a kit available for us to purchase on his site at www.blindsquirrelprops.com. It is very pricey at $350, but I imagine this toy was very difficult to create from scratch (you can see a blog on how the toy was created on the website). The kit contains resin casting from all moulds and there are instructions on the website about how to assemble the parts. There is even an electronic option so you can make his eyes and brain light up like they did in the movie!
