By Of course with Woody’s catchphrase, “There’s a snake in my boot”, Andy had to own a snake toy. The Snake toy in Toy Story makes an appearance in all three movies (he appears in the home video in the final movie), but never speaks one world. It’s clear he’s meant to resemble one those plastic snakes you can find at almost every dollar store that many children had at one point in their childhood, but unfortunately I have not been able to find one that looks exactly like Andy’s Snake. Luckily, a youtuber (EmmainCandyland) and friends commissioned a prop builder to build an exact movie version of this snake. Although you cannot purchase the finished project as is, you can purchase kits to assemble the toy yourself from his website at www.blindsquirrelprops.com. The kit can be purchased for $200 and consists of 3-D printed parts and vinyl decals. If you’re a die-hard Toy Story fan who needs a complete collection, the availability of this kit brings you that much closer to a complete set!
